"Some of my favourite things to capture are flatlays and florals, playing around with colour and composition to get the perfect shot"

I'm a photography enthusiast who loves to explore different subjects, from flowers to books, interiors, food and family. Some of my favourite things to capture are flatlays and florals, playing around with colour and composition to get the perfect shot. I also take lots of photos of my three year old son, although it's increasingly difficult to get him to stay in the frame for more than a few seconds at a time!

My Favourite Photo Boards

Farmhouse - with its rustic wooden boards, Farmhouse reminds me of the worn, much-loved table at the heart of my imaginary country kitchen. It is perfect for any scenes that could take place at this table - my go-to for food photography, or for a flatlay of a cosy cup of tea surrounded by books or flowers.

Putty - I've fallen in love with the dreamy pink and grey tones of this backdrop, and it's one of my favourite for floral photography. It adds depth, romance and mystery to the simplest of arrangements, and I adore the way pink and purple flowers pop against it. It works both vertically as a wall and as the base for a flatlay.

Roma - This is probably one of my favourites of the lighter boards - minimal enough to be versatile, but with subtle interest and texture created by its wonderful crackled surface. It has a simple warmth and elegance, evocative of centuries-old Italian facades. It probably makes most sense to use it vertically, as a wall, but I like using it flat as well.
